Dokumentarische Fotografien und Filmaufnahmen flankieren die Geschichtsschreibung, w\u00e4hrend fiktionale Filme popul\u00e4re Adaptionen historischer Narrationen vorlegen. Der Film fungiert hierbei als \u00e4sthetische und narrative Modellierung von Geschichtsvorstellungen und Geschichtsverst\u00e4ndnis; er setzt nicht nur gro\u00dfe historische Themen oder Biografien historischer Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten in Szene, sondern vermittelt historisches Wissen auch audiovisuell, gestaltet auf diese Weise Weltbilder und pr\u00e4gt Sichtweisen. Here feature films function as a means of aesthetic and narrative modeling of imaginations as well as understandings of history; the movies do not only stage historic topics or biographies but also convey historic knowledge in an audio-visual way creating conceptions of the world and allowing viewers to form perspectives.
